Milone's were contracted by the Melton Council to trim all the nature strip trees - they did a fantastic job not only removing overgrown branches but ensuring the tree's shape and integrity was not compromised. All the cut offs/branches were mulched and everything left clean and tidy before they moved onto the next property. A great job guys, I also provided our Council this feedback too.

Charlie and Tina’s service has been sensational! Their communication since day one has been clear and punctual. After we found our trees were impacting the growth of our grass and one was beginning to rot, they confirmed they could do a double tree removal and they explained how they’d use a stump grinder to finish up the job. The team at Milone's tree and lawn solutions are a cut above the rest.After the recent storms I noticed some precariously hanging branches in the top of the old sugar gum in the backyard. I contacted Charlie and explained that I wanted to preserve as much of the tree as possible; Charlie and Kim came and assessed the situation and put together a quote.Kim is extremely knowledgeable and honest and this gave me alot of confidence that I found the right guys for the job. The pricing was competitive and came with a comprehensive explanation of what needed to be done.They arrived on time and it was awesome watching the guys get to work, watching Kim climb the tree and systematically cut out the damaged branches was a real spectacle and Charlie was more than happy to answer any questions. The whole team worked their butts off got the job done in no time.The whole process was fast, efficient, cost effective and seamless and they left the backyard in great shape when they left.Thanks to everyone at Milone's tree and lawn solutions, I'll be sure to recommend you guys to anybody who asks and I'll definitely book in for any work I need done in the future.

Milones Tree and Lawn Solutions assisted with the removal of a large tree that had fallen onto my house in the front yard during the recent storms. After frustrating encounters with the State Emergency Services and an unhelpful insurance provider, I reached out to Charlie. His responsiveness was impressive; he called me back within minutes of me contacting him for a quote based on photos provided and swiftly mobilised his crew to assess the situation as they were in the area. He then provided a fairly priced quote within the hour and got his crew on the job after I had accepted the quote via text message. The team not only removed the fallen tree but also took care of the standing part that looked like a risk, providing pictures of the completed work while I was at work. The entire process demonstrated excellent communication, execution, and efficient turnaround, all accomplished within a few hours. I was left genuinely pleased with their service and highly recommend them!

I had a large intricate project that involved removing substantially high trees within close proximity to power lines and had restrictive access. Many local arborists in Werribee would not even touch the project, they came out to inspect the job and never sent a quote. Charlie was extremely professional, had the right equipment to safely remove the trees and cleaned all the debris. If you need a tree removal professional in the west, don't bother with anyone else. Just speak with Charlie from Milones.

Charlie and his team came out to cut down two huge gum trees in my backyard. I’d been worried about these trees for a while now and was scared a branch might fall onto the house. Charlie and his team handled all the work with safety in mind. After grinding down the stumps they took all the mess away and my garden now looks immaculate. I can’t recommend Milone’s tree and lawn solutions highly enough, they have all the latest equipment and are responsive and extremely professional, only wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

They were careful and skillful in removing them from difficult locations, such as near our house and our new concrete path. In around April 2023, I needed someone to remove a large privet hedge from my front yard. I made a couple of calls for quotes and came across Charlie who quickly impressed as responsive and professional. Within a few days, he got the job done for a very competitive price and he struck me as honest, up-front and knowledgeable. The privet hedge was enmeshed with my front fence and a number of the stumps were too close to gas piping to be removed with Charlie’s stump machine. I told Charlie that I was planning on getting a new fence in a few months and he said he would return once the fence was removed to remove the stumps and complete the job. I paid Charlie in full because I got the sense that he would honour his promise. True his word, Charlie returned this week (6 months on) at 7:30am with his stump machine to coincide with the removal of my fence. He not only arrived 30 mins early but he helped the fence builders remove the existing fence before whipping out the remaining stumps. I rarely give reviews, but I have no hesitation in recommending Charlie and his team. He’s proof that there are some very decent people out there who are also hardworking and excellent at what they do.

Found these guys online. I left a message and within 30 minutes, the guy phoned me and was able to come right away even though it was his day off. He came and removed/mulched up 6 tree roots in the ground. They are very well priced, great workmanship, and didn't charge me an arm and a leg, very well priced and very sociable with great interpersonal and communication skills...absolutely fantastic. This guy is the "go-to guy" and my go-to guy for any tree removals, tree trimming, stump grinding in both commercial and domestic. You'll be crazy to go anywhere else.

We had Charlie and his team come and remove a gun tree in our backyard and they were great. Turned up on time, removed the tree and cleaned up afterwards.There aren’t many left that understand what good service means.

A big thank you to Charlie and the team. We had a gum tree removed from our backyard this week. The team arrived when they said they would, professionally removed the tree and, then cleaned up all the dropped leaves and gum nuts! They were all friendly and helpful. Fantastic service, highly recommended.
