Charlie Milone
Managing Director
Charlie Milone is the founder and managing director of Milone’s Tree Solutions. A proud veteran who served in the Australian Defence Force, Charlie brings the same discipline, leadership, and commitment to excellence from his service into every aspect of the business.
With a Certificate III in Arboriculture, ESI qualification, Traffic Management certification, and a High Risk Work Licence, Charlie combines hands-on industry experience with a deep understanding of safety, precision, and professionalism on every project.
He’s a big believer in “doing something right the first time,” a philosophy that has shaped the company’s reputation for reliability and quality workmanship across Melbourne.
When he’s not on site or leading the team, Charlie enjoys taking a well-earned break to relax and recharge with his family and watching the MotoGp. A rare moment of calm between the demanding pace of running an arborist business.
Tina Milone
Managing Director
With a professional background spanning travel, tourism, and more recently the legal industry including several years working at the Magistrates’ Court, Tina brings exceptional organisation, client care, and attention to detail to Milone’s Tree Solutions.
As the driving force behind the office, Tina ensures everything runs seamlessly. From your first enquiry through to booking your quote and confirming your job. Her friendly, professional approach and commitment to clear communication are key to the smooth experience clients have come to expect from Milone’s.
Outside of work, Tina enjoys spending time with Charlie and their children, baking, travelling, and winding down at the end of the week watching the MotoGP — a shared passion in the Milone household.
Kim Macinnes
Operations Manager
With over 25 years of experience in the arboriculture industry, Kim Macinnes is one of the most seasoned members of the Milone’s Tree Solutions team. Holding a Certificate III in Arboriculture, ESI qualification, and a High Risk Work License, Kim brings extensive technical expertise and precision to every job.
He’s highly skilled in completing complex tree works around powerlines and within tight, confined spaces, ensuring safety and efficiency even in the most challenging environments. There is no doubt that Kim has been an integral part of the growth at Milone’s Tree Solutions.
You’ll often see Kim on your job, leading by example and ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard — the Milone’s way. He takes great pride in his work and enjoys the camaraderie of working alongside his kids at Milone’s, making it truly a family affair.
When he’s off the tools, Kim enjoys relaxing at home or tackling DIY projects around the house.
Jay Arndt
Arborist
Originally from Victoria’s High Country, Jay Arndt brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the Milone’s Tree Solutions team. Holding a Certificate III in Arboriculture, ESI qualification, and a High Risk Work License, Jay is a skilled and safety-focused arborist who’s spent many years removing large trees and performing power line clearing in some of the state’s toughest conditions.
Known for his down-to-earth attitude and strong work ethic, Jay takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and contributing to the professional standards that define Milone’s Tree Solutions.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys skiing and travelling to Japan during snow season, relaxing at the pub over a craft beer with mates, and unwinding with computer games.
