Absolutely blown away by the service from Milone's Tree Solutions. They removed 9 large trees and ground 13 stumps from my property — all in one day! Charlie and Tina were exceptionally professional from the Initial contact and Quote. Charlie was very knowledgeable and very punctual with the time. I had 11 Trees in Total in my backyard, out of which 8 were to be removed with stump grinding and 3 pruned & trimmed. The contact from quote stage to job completion was the key highlight of their professionalism as I was advised about the expected timeframes and received a text a day before the job reminding me when to expect the team. The guys that came to remove the trees were highly trained and friendly, they were also very professional and did a fantastic job of not only removing and grinding the trees but also the clearing up afterwards. I would highly recommend Charlie, Tina and the boys for any kind of tree removal Jobs. I would give them 10/10 for the work they did at my place. We had all of the stumps and trees removed from our property, including 3x palm trees over 10 metres tall, 2 large pine trees and multiple smaller trees.Communication was seamless from start to finish. The team came in and got straight to work with no complaints and a can do attitude. I had the pleasure of working with Charlie and his team to remove my fan palm tree which I guess was around 8m high and an eyesore. I also had them stump grind several yuccas in my yard and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service as they had to work in a tight area. From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. His team was prompt, careful and took great care working around my pool and covered it with a tarp so the debris would not fall into the pool. The whole process was seamless. I never post reviews but I just had to for these guys!!I had a huge job which required 3 large pine trees to be removed from my property. I called up and spoke with Tina who was so lovely and helpful. She walked me through the whole process and answered all the questions I had. She was went above and beyond even in correspondence which is when I knew I found the best people for this job. Charlie came out on the day to remove the trees. He was informative, friendly and got the job done so efficiently. These guys communication was always on point, they are super friendly and was really well priced. I am so happy with the results. Charlie and Tina from the initial phone contact and meeting were exceptionally professional and super friendly, along with the fact that all their qualifications and insurance was supplied when the quote was sent through, this was a big plus for me. I recently contacted Milone's Tree and Lawn Solutions to trim my neighbour's "be gone" hedge and remove two dead trees. After one other company refused to quote and another didn’t show up, Charlie came out promptly, inspected the job, and provided a fair quote.
