Charlie and his team were easy to work with. Trees were removed within a week of getting in contact. Charlie came down to have a look, we booked in a time, the guys came down and got the job done within an hour. It's like the trees were never there! Will highly recommend.

Charlie turned up on time and gave a prompt quote that included any and all information that I should expect from a professional business. Price was good, the work took place when and exactly how they said it would. Tina was easy to communicate with too. Kim went out of his way to be helpful as well. Milone's Tree Services removed a large Yucca tree this morning.I only have 2 comments -1. "WOW !!!2. "What a Job they did !!!".Arrived on time, VERY professional crew and equipment, tree removed and stump ground carefully and safely, no damage at all anywhere, area left neat and tidy.All contacts, on-line & on-site, were courteous, helpful, and professional.I received other quotations but would recommend Milone's Tree Solutions 150%. They are a terrific organisation and did a magnificent job.

Contacted Milone’s Tree Solutions for a some tree beaches to be mulched. Charlie was able to supply a quote with the hour and organise for his team to attend the next day to complete the job. His team were very professional clearing the large amount of branches in no time and cleaning up like they weren’t even there. Highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

We got Milone's Tree Services to attend to some trees that were overhanging the house after many years of neglect. The process was very smooth and efficient with quick turnaround on quoting and agreed date for the work to occur. On the morning of the work four people and two trucks showed up, right on time and got on with the job. a couple of hours later all was done with great communications during the work with being informed as they went how things were progressing and any issues they came across. A couple of drainage pipes had been broken by the roots, and the team showed me what happened and asked how I wanted to treat the stump removal in these areas. Showing the quality and care of service the team cleaned around the broken pipes so that damage could be clearly seen, which allowed me to schedule plumbing works with a clear scope. Highly recommended, will use again.

Got Milones in again to cut 2 more trees down and stumps grinded......contracted them prior to remove a large lemon scented gum. They were prompt, efficient, friendly....easy to deal with. I found Milone's to be prompt and experienced. Workmanship was first Class. I was totally satisfied with the work they undertook. It should be noted they cleaned up the the property at the finish and took all cuttings and tree branches to their machinery to make compost.I would not hesitate to recommend Milone's to anybody that is looking to make their property improved. The team trimmed my hedges in the backyard, they had to deal with confined space for access and there were no issues. I had them trim back nearly 2 m of growth and they made sure all the branches that landed in our neighbours yard were collected. Did an excellent job cleaning up. The team at Milone’s Tree Solutions did a really good job. We had 2 overgrown/problem trees that needed removal, stump & all & then a general clean up. Charlie (the owner) called & sought feedback & pushed to see if everything I asked for had been done. I mentioned a few items that didn’t meet my expectations, but stated that overall it was a good job. Charlie wanted a great job! He came to my house within the hour to asses the job of his team & soon after he had some teams over to address the items I raised. Talk about customer service & turning it from good to great! I was wow-ed by the professionalism and accuracy of the works.Charlie and his team arrived on time and I can’t help but say the job was run like a military operation. Get in, get job done, retreat. Within 90 minutes the (very large) tree was gone, the stump ground, the garden in better cleanliness than before - and the kids and I by one experience richer as watching ‘the operation’ was very exciting and educational.On a side note - the admin part was just as clean, progressional and easy.I almost wish we had more trees to remove!!!Would not look at another service than Milone’s.

Competitive/affordable service and a job well done. I had to get a tree removed (old scotch elm tree which was sick) and the stump ground. They were very careful and I noticed that they ground the stump fully but also the rather thick roots around the tree, and they ground as much as could be done within the garden bed edging. They did a careful job containing the splattering sawdust with screens. I would definitely engage them again and would recommend their service to anyone, I already have recommended them to my friends.

I had two mature trees removed to ground level at the back of our property, against the fence line. I recommend Milone's Tree Solutions.In my opinion, Milone's Tree Solutions are a clear differentiator within the market. Charlie runs his business as a well-oiled machine. He is customer focused and shows that he cares deeply about his staff. Every stage of the process was managed in a professional and efficient manner. Charlie called me as soon as I submitted an online enquiry. The job requirements were discussed along with information on what to expect, background on his business, insurance, certifications, equipment, team, etc. Additional info was provided via e-mail. The quote was done shortly thereafter upon visual inspection. Quote acceptance was online. Evidence of certifications and insurance were provided. The crew were also friendly and efficient.
